Measurements framed: ~28” x 47.5” Christ of Saint John of the Cross is an original hand-signed oil on canvas: a breathtaking painting In the manner of/In style of Salvador Dali. It is a classic rendition of Dali’s distinctive, imaginative, and innovative style which stands him in the forefront of surrealistic modern artistry. Christ of Saint John of the Cross is a pre-1975 painting and is singularly noteworthy because after 1975 Dali was known to have signed his name to many blank canvases, pieces of cardstock and paper on which dealers and resellers among others added images.
