Weight 15.6 grams. Made of 18 karat (stamped) white gold and features an approximately 4.47-carat heart-shape emerald surrounded with two rows of round brilliant cut diamonds and accented with a 0.25 -carat pear-shape diamond. The diamonds are of H-I color and VS clarity, total weight approximately 1.59 carats). Measurements – Pendant 1 x 1 inch. Chain 17 inches (42 cm) long, there is an extra loop that makes the necklace about an inch shorter. Stamped with hallmarks for 18 karat gold and Italian hallmarks.
