Rolex GMT-Master II Left-Hand Watch. Ref. 126720VTNR was a very polarizing GMT-Master II release from Rolex in 2022. It’s just like other Rolex GMT’s except for the bezel color…and the fact that the crown and date are on the left side of the watch. Although secondhand Sprite prices exploded when it first came out, it now trades for similar prices as its right-hand brethren.
