2. AGENCY STATUS & DISCLAIMER BY INTERVENDUE
Intervendue acts solely as an agent for the Seller and makes no independent representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding the Seller’s title, authority, or legal right to sell any lot. 3. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines or law enforcement establishes that a lot was sold without clear title, the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Intervendue shall be a refund of the actual purchase price paid (Hammer Price plus Buyer’s Premium) upon the buyer's return of the lot to Intervendue in the exact condition received.
4. WAIVER OF CONSEQUENTIAL & SPECIAL DAMAGES
Under no circumstances—whether in contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability—shall Intervendue, its officers, employees, or agents be liable to any buyer or third party for:
- Loss of actual or anticipated profits, resale value, or business opportunities;
- Interest, storage, appraisal, or legal fees; or
